The Victoria Beach Cottage Owners Association is a membership-based advocacy group giving voice to the cottage community of Victoria Beach, Manitoba. It was founded in the 1970's with a mission to, "preserve the historic, unique character of the vehicle restricted area of Victoria Beach in keeping with the intentions of the founders of the beach."

Nestled in leafy avenues on the eastern shores of Lake Winnipeg, Victoria Beach is home to over a thousand seasonal cottage owners and a growing number of year-round residents.

With its picturesque setting, framed by spectacular sandy beaches, and a unique vehicle-free policy during the summer months, it embodies a timeless appeal that has attracted generations of cottagers since it was established over a century ago.
